Description: Piero Parravicini was born in Bosivio, Italy in the year 1889. A student of Romeo Antoniazzi, Parravicini followed in his footsteps in becoming a fine Italian luthier. Though a prolific maker, Parravicini kept a high standard and a persistent eye towards detail. This particular violin is in excellent condition at this time. Beautifully selected wood and the work of an experienced craftsman. Tonal qualities are superb; warm, rich, and powerful tone. Back length 35.6 cm. Certified by Kenneth Warren & Sons.
