Description: Carlo Ferdinando Landolfi was born in 1710, but does not seem to have taken up violin making until 1750. He took on his son Pietro Antonio as his pupil, and also his best student, Pietro Giovanni Mantegazza, in the 1760’s. Back Length: 40.9 cm. 16 in. String Length: 37.5 cm. 14-3/4 in.
