The Makers
Born and raised in Tehran, brothers Shahram and Saeid Rezvani began their careers in violin making in the early 1990s. They studied instrument making and restoration under respected makers including Massoud Pournadji, Ibrahim Ghambari Mehr, and Johann Rombach in Vienna. After establishing themselves as luthiers in Iran, the brothers relocated to the United States in 2010. Today, they work from their shop in Westlake Village, California, crafting violins, violas, and cellos for professional musicians, teachers, and serious players around the world.
